Policy
While there is no charge for a consultation, we do require a credit card to reserve your appointment. (There is a $20 fee if your appointment is not kept.) If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we request that you call us at least 24 hours in advance so that we have the opportunity to re-book the time reserved for you. Cancellation without adequate notice is subject to a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged the full service fee for all scheduled services.
If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, every attempt will be made to perform a full service, unless it affects the next client.
